Cheddary Pasta And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dry macaroni
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 large sweet or green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    In 4 quart saucepan, prepare macaroni according to package directions.
    Add carrots, broccoli and peppers for last 5 minutes of cooking time.
    Drain.
    In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients over low heat, heat until cheese melts, stirring often.
    Add macaroni and vegetables.
    Heat through, stirring occasionally.
    Yields 5 servings.
