Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 Tbsp. flour
grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients well.
Spread in a 10 x 15-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Beat the 4 eggs well and add to mixture.
Next, in a separate bowl, add the sugar gradually, the lemon juice, the flour and the grated rind.
Mix well and pour over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Let cool and cut into bars.
