Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes
    1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 c. mayo
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Dice potatoes and boil until almost done.
    Dice Velveeta cheese.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
