Orange Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
    1 small can frozen orange juice
    8 cloves garlic, sliced
    1 ginger root, sliced (size of small golf ball)
Preparation
    Slice pork tenderloin in slices 1/2-inch thick and bake 30 minutes on rack.
    Most of fat will be cooked out.
    Saute garlic and ginger in undiluted orange juice for 15 minutes.
    As sauce thickens, correct with small amount of water.
    Place warm tenderloin slices in saute pan.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serve in center of rice ring; cover with sauce.
    Serves 4.
