Mock Cream Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Make paste with flour and milk and cook until thick.
Cool. Beat butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla.
Add to cooled paste mixture and beat until smooth.
If chocolate icing is preferred, use 1 square of melted chocolate.
