Lemon Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small packages of lemon jello
1 can crushed pineapple
1 cup mini marshmallows
4 sliced bananas
1 cup reserved pineapple juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
1 Tbs flour
1 cup whipped whipping cream
Preparation

Make jello according to directions.
Add bananas and drained pineapple and allow to set until firm.
Mix sugar, egg, and flour with reserved pineapple juice.
Heat carefully to boil and boil until thick.
Remove from heat and stir marshmallows into hot mixture.
Once topping has cooled, fold in whipped cream.
Spread on top of jello.
Refrigerate until set.
