Lime Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
1 large pkg. lime jello
1 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 large (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, chopped and drained
1 pt. Cool Whip (type of whipped cream)
2 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine jello and boiling water, following package directions. Allow jello to gel slightly.
Add all the other ingredients, except whipped cream.
Fold in the whipped cream and chill.
This can be put into a jello mold or a square pan to be able to cut into slices.
