Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1 lb. cheese
10 flour tortillas
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain well; mix sour cream and soup into ground beef.
Dip tortillas in hot water.
Put ground beef mixture on tortillas (not too much).
Sprinkle on cheese and roll tortillas.
Then place, seam side down, in a greased baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
Spread the remaining cheese over rolls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
