Beef Stroganoff Casserole(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef, cut into 1 inch cubes
    1 can cream soup (use either mushroom or celery)
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine stew beef and all ingredients except sour cream in covered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Add sour cream and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
