Chickaritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped cooked chicken
4 oz. diced green chilies
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
pastry sheets, thawed
1 (17 1/4 oz.) box frozen pastry sheets, thawed, or 10-inch pie pastry (double)
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin, ground
1/4 tsp. paprika

guacamole
Preparation

In bowl combine chicken, chilies, onions, cheese and seasonings.
Mix well, chill until ready to use.
Remove half of pastry from refrigerator at a time.
Roll, on floured surface (9 x 12-inch) rectangle; cut into 9 small rectangles.
Place 2 tablespoons of filling across center of each.
Wet edges and roll pastry around filling.
Crimp edges with fork.
Place, seam side down, on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with salsa and guacamole. Makes 18.
