Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
    1 frying chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
    1/2 to 1 tsp. paprika
    chicken broth
    3 oz. milk
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    Spoon Dumplings
Preparation
    In a large heavy skillet, heat the oil. Add onion and cook until soft.
    Add chicken pieces and brown. Sprinkle with paprika to taste and cover chicken with broth.
    Cook, covered, until tender (about 45 minutes).
    Remove chicken to heated platter and keep warm. Thicken remaining broth with milk, sour cream and flour, stirring constantly.
    Arrange Spoon Dumplings around chicken on platter and serve with prepared gravy. Serves 4.
