Champignons Au Vin Blanc - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4.5 oz.) jar whole button mushrooms
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely minced, or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. shallot, finely minced
1 1/2 tsp. Sauterne cooking wine
Preparation

Drain mushrooms and set aside.
Melt butter and combine olive oil.
Add remaining ingredients and saute for about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and continue to saute, turning occasionally, for 5 to 8 minutes (until thoroughly heated, but not browned).
Serve promptly with lightly spooned sauce.
