Ingredients

2 c. stiff mashed potatoes
1 egg
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
salt
pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
cracker crumbs or flour
butter
Preparation

Stir egg and onion into potatoes.
Add salt, mustard and pepper.
Form patties.
Dip in cracker crumbs or flour to coat. Fry in butter until golden.
