Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash, sliced thin
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. tomatoes
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 lb. hamburg, sausage or bacon
    salt and pepper to taste
    cheese or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brown and drain meat.
    Add squash, tomatoes, onion and seasonings.
    Cook moisture out.
    Put in a greased casserole dish. Top with cheese or bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
