Lemon Whip Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drain and save juice
2 small pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream
stuffed olives
1/2 c. diced celery
Preparation

To jello, add 1 cup hot water and juice from pineapple.
Place in refrigerator until it congeals.
Beat cream cheese into jello until smooth.
Fold in pineapple and diced celery.
Whip cream and fold into other mixture.
Spoon into molds.
Decorate with olives.
