Irish Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. cooked mashed potatoes
1 c. English walnuts
1 c. raisins
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour

Preparation

Mix and pour into 2 cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
