Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices slightly buttered bread
2 c. milk
2 eggs or 4 egg yolks
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put bread in baking dish.
Beat eggs, milk, sugar and salt together.
Pour over bread.
Add vanilla.
Put dish in pan of hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
Test by sticking in the middle with a knife.
If the knife comes out clean, it's done.
