Onion Snack Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pie shells
2 cans French fried onions
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Stretch pie shells to cover bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Crush onions with rolling pin.
Sprinkle over shell (save some for top).
Sprinkle cheese over onions.
Beat eggs, milk, salt, seasoned salt and pepper together.
Pour over onions and cheese.
Sprinkle with reserved onions and cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
May be baked at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Cut into squares.
Makes 36 to 40 squares.
