Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 to 8 pieces chicken
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a paper bag, combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Add chicken pieces one at a time. Shake to coat evenly. Dip both sides of chicken in melted butter. Place chicken in a single layer, skin side down, in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0. Turn chicken skin side up and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer or until chicken is tender.
