Seafood Cakes - Tuna Or Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna or salmon, drained
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. each finely chopped celery, green onions and green peppers
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, divided
Preparation

Mix tuna or salmon, dressing, mustard, vegetables, seasonings and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
Form balls, roll in bread crumbs and refrigerate 30 minutes or longer.
Heat skillet; add 2 tablespoons oil.
When hot, flatten balls and cook on each side on medium to low heat until brown, about 5 minutes.
