Shepherds Pie(Serves 8.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
    2 lb. tofu
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, sliced
    10 mushrooms, sliced
    garlic powder
    tamari
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Dice potatoes (with skins); cook until tender.
    Mash with milk, butter, salt and pepper.
    Beat until potatoes are nice and fluffy.
    You may want to add more milk or butter.
