Seven Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp. white corn syrup
dash of salt
1/3 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine ingredients, except vanilla.
Place over boiling water and beat with mixer for seven minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Beat 2 minutes more.
Spread over Collector's Cocoa Cake.
