Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popped corn
    3 c. brown sugar
    3 sticks oleo
    3/4 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 tsp. soda (baking)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring brown sugar, oleo and syrup to boil; boil 5 minutes. Remove from fire and add cream of tartar, soda and salt. Add to 1st mixture (bubbles up). Pour over popcorn; place in 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes until done.
