White Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/4 c. syrup
1/2 c. water
4 egg whites
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Bring sugar, syrup and water to a boil until spins a thread. Remove from heat and add cream of tartar.
Pour over egg whites (beaten) and beat.
Add powdered sugar.
This is enough for two cakes.
