Chicken Cacciatore With Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 chicken breasts, skinned and cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    2 tsp. oil
    1 c. carrots, sliced thin
    1 can tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper
    cooked spiral rotelle or fettuccine, drained
Preparation
    Sprinkle flour on strips of chicken.
    Saute with onion and oil; add carrots, tomatoes and seasoning.
    Cook, covered, for 20 minutes on low heat.
    Serve over the cooked pasta.
