Irish Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Corn Chex, crushed to 2 c.
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    10 oz. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    3 c. mashed potatoes, seasoned to taste
    1 c. American cheese, shredded or sliced
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. seasoned powder
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter sides and bottom of casserole dish. Combine Corn Chex and butter; set aside.
    Combine broccoli, mashed potatoes, sour cream, garlic powder and seasoned salt. Pour 1/2 of this mixture into casserole dish.
    Top with 1/2 cup of American cheese, then 1/2 cup of Corn Chex mixture.
    Layer remaining broccoli, cheese, Corn Chex, in that order.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
