Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large potatoes
    4 medium onions
    1 large carrot
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    cheese (optional)
    bacon bits (optional)
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes, onions and carrot into large saucepan.
    Add water to completely cover veggies or until pan is half full.
    Add salt and cook completely.
    Without draining, mash with a potato masher until smooth.
    Add milk over low heat.
    Also add margarine, parsley and pepper.
    Stir and serve hot.
