Pizza Fritte(Fried Bits Of Dough) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium size potatoes
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 cake household yeast
Preparation
    Peel, boil and mash the potatoes.
    Save the liquid and add it to the flour.
    Mix all ingredients together well and set in warm place to rise until double in bulk.
    When dough has raised sufficiently, pinch off small pieces and fry
    in oil in deep fryer. Drain and sprinkle with sugar.
