Lime Flounder With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. dill weed
    1 1/2 lb. flounder fillets
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup water, lime juice, sugar and dill weed in 8-inch square baking dish.
    Measure 3 tablespoons and set aside.
    Add fish to remaining lime juice mixture; cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
    Broil fish 4-inches from heat, about 10 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with fork.
