Water Whipped Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/8 c. shortening
3/8 c. boiling water
1 1/2 Tbsp. cold milk
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put shortening in bowl.
Add boiling water and milk.
Whip with a fork until all water is absorbed and is thick and smooth mixture is formed.
Sift the flour and salt into mixture and stir quickly into a dough.
Work until smooth.
It's easier to roll between 2 sheets of wax paper.
Very easy to handle.
