Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. milk
    9 Tbsp. rice
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine and bring to a slight boil.
    Place in oven at 300\u00b0 or 325\u00b0.
    When skim forms on top, stir it down.
    Continue until desired thickness.
