Chicken Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large chicken breasts, skinned
    lettuce
    1 can mandarin orange segments
    1 green pepper, chopped
    chopped walnuts
    chow mein noodles
    Italian dressing
Preparation
    Bake chicken breasts at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cut into chunks; put in freezer to cool.
    On bed of lettuce, add orange segments, green pepper, chilled chicken and walnuts.
    Top with Italian dressing; sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
    Serves 2 to 3 as a main dish.
