Gulashsuppe(Recipe From Germany) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean beef (chuck or round), cut in cubes
4 chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. thyme
3 tsp. tomato paste
1 1/2 qt. beef broth
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. red wine
1 tsp. cream
Preparation

Saute diced beef and onions.
Add crushed garlic and paprika. Dust flour over; saute.
Then add all other ingredients, except wine and cream.
Cook for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add wine and cream just before serving.
Serve with German bread.
