Macaroni With Ricotta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 lb. short macaroni
Preparation
    Combine, in bowl, cheeses, water, oil, salt and pepper.
    Beat until smooth.
    Set aside.
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Place in casserole, pour mixture over and toss with forks.
    Keep warm.
