Michigan Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 -16 oz cans cut green beans, drained
2 -16 oz cans kidney beans, drained
2 -16 oz cans yellow wax beans, drained
2 bell peppers diced
2 onions sliced
1 -4 oz jar chopped pimento, drained
1 1/2 C Sugar
2/3 C salad oil
1 1/3 C tarragon vinegar
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Preparation

Combine drained beans and pimento in large bowl. Add pepper and onion mix. Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Mix well. Pour over bean mixture. Stir well. Refrigerate. Best if it sits awhile.
