German Apple Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    milk
    2 apples, peeled
Preparation
    Mix together first 4 ingredients.
    Make small center in flour mixture and add eggs.
    Beat eggs with spoon, adding small amount of flour from sides until mixed.
    Add vanilla and mix.
    Add milk and beat into eggs with flour until a good batter texture is formed.
    Add sliced apples.
    Pour by ladlefuls onto hot griddle until brown and risen on both sides.
    Serve with butter and syrup.
