Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf white bread (family size)
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 to 3 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in melted margarine.
    Sprinkle poultry seasoning on top to cover.
    Run each slice of bread under water. Squeeze out excess and place in large bowl.
    Add onion mixture and all other ingredients.
    Spread in greased pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden.
