Cheesy Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can small all green lima beans
    1/2 c. liquid from can
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. small cheese crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Drain beans, reserving 1/2 cup liquid from can.
    Put beans, reserved liquid, chopped celery, onion powder, pepper, mayonnaise and 1/2 cup of the cheese into greased casserole dish.
    Stir to mix well.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top.
    Then spread crushed crackers over all.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven.
