Grilled Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium size potatoes
1 stick butter
1 medium size onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. broiled steak seasoning salt
Preparation

Wash potatoes and slice (do not peel).
Lay out a sheet of aluminum foil (1 1/2 feet long).
Spread 1/4 stick of butter on the aluminum foil.
Lay a layer of potatoes on top of the butter, a layer of chopped onion, then sprinkle with the seasoning salt. Repeat until all potatoes, onion and seasoning salt is gone.
Put the rest of the butter on top of the potatoes (evenly).
Fold the edges of the aluminum foil together and seal.
Twist the end of the foil to prevent butter from leaking out.
Take second piece of foil and cover the bundle for the second time.
Grill for about 45 minutes.
