Apricot Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. apricot jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation

Prepare jello by quick set directions on package.
When thick, add cream cheese, mashed into jello until it looks like large curd cottage cheese.
Add celery, green onion, pecans and pineapple. Pour into rectangular (9 x 13-inch) Pyrex.
Place in refrigerator and allow to set.
