Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped black olives
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
6 corn tortillas, buttered
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Saute ground beef, onions and garlic in butter until lightly browned.
Add seasonings, olives and tomato sauce.
Place alternate layers of tortillas, beef sauce and cheese in round 2-quart casserole, ending with cheese.
Pour water, at edge, into casserole; cover.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes; cut into wedges.
Yield:
4 large servings.
