Low Fat Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. bag fine egg noodles, cooked and drained
    2 jars chunky spaghetti sauce
    4 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and skinned
    8 oz. nonfat ricotta cheese
    4 egg whites
    8 oz. part skim mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large bowl combine chicken and spaghetti sauce.
    In separate bowl combine ricotta cheese, egg whites, and parmesan cheese.
    Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with nonfat cooking spray.
    Spread 1/2 of chicken/sauce mixture in pans.
    Top 1/2 mixture of ricotta cheese.
    Place 1/2 the noodles on top of this and repeat layers. Top with mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-40 minutes.
