Chocolate Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can undiluted evaporated milk
2 c. Nestle semi-chocolate morsels
2 tsp. vanilla extract
dash of salt
Preparation

In medium saucepan, bring evaporated milk just to a boil.
Add chocolate morsels.
Return to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted, slightly thickened and smooth.
Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and salt.
Serve warm as a dipping sauce for fresh fruit or spoon over cake or ice cream.
Yields 2 1/3 cups.
