Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    5 Tbsp. cream or Carnation milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar (scant)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 stick butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar on an electric mixer.
    Add rest of ingredients, then add one egg at a time, beating continually at medium speed.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 450\u00b0 for only 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0, cover with Reynolds Wrap and bake 25 minutes more.
