Corn Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1/2 c. canned tomatoes, cut up, with liquid
    1/2 tsp. chili powder (more or less to taste)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 1 1/2-quart pot.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients, mix well and stir over medium heat for 5 more minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
