Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 18 large mushrooms with stems
1 egg
1/2 stick margarine
bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Carefully remove stems from mushrooms leaving cap in tact. Peel each mushroom and set aside.
Finely chop the stems.
Saute stems and onion in margarine about 10 minutes, turn off heat and let cool.
Stir in egg and bread crumbs until mixture is stiff but not dry.
Fill each mushroom cap and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
