Hot And Sour Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 onion, slivered
    3 carrots, thinly sliced
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp. ginger, minced
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. watercress
    1/2 lb. snow peas
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1/4 c. rice vinegar
    2 tsp. sesame oil
    dash of chili oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in
    soup pot over medium heat.
    Add the onion and carrots.
    Stir for 3 minutes, then add the garlic and ginger. Cook and stir 1 minute longer.
    Add chicken broth, water and soy sauce.
    Bring to boil and cook for 1 minute.
    Add mushrooms and watercress; boil for 1 minute more.
