Daddy'S Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 lb.) Boston butt
5 lb. stew beef
1 (4 to 5 lb.) hen
10 lb. potatoes
5 lb. onions
3 cans creamed corn
3 cans tomatoes
1 stick margarine
1/2 bottle ketchup
1/2 bottle barbecue sauce
1/2 c. mustard
1/2 big bottle Tabasco sauce
1/2 bottle French dressing
1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. pepper and salt
Preparation

Cook meat until it comes off the bone; chip up meat.
Cook potatoes and onion in meat broth.
When done, put meat back in with potatoes and onions.
Add other ingredients.
Simmer about 1 hour.
Stir often.
