Chicken Pie Mexican-Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    3 to 4 small tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 or more green chili peppers, peeled and chopped
    unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. cooked peas
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 c. cut up cooked chicken
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    Add tomatoes, salt and pepper; cook over medium heat until thick.
    Stir in rest of ingredients.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until browned.
    Yields 4 servings.
