Eva'S Mexican Squash With Ground Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 lb. ground round steak
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    3 cloves garlic, diced
    2 small tomatoes, cut up
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. comino, ground
    3 Mexican squash, diced and seeded (if tender, don't peel)
Preparation
    Brown meat
    in\toil and pour off the grease.
    Add onion and bell pepper.
    Continue cooking the vegetables lightly.
